A user is on BES; stopped service with Service Provider A; 2 days later; started with Service Provider B and started receving emails without problem. However, the user noticed emails are missing for the 2 days no service period.
Normally, I would expect emails are put into pending queue when BB has no service; and pushed the emails in the queue to the device when it is turned back on. However, this is not happening to this user when switching service providers.
Can anyone help to explain this? Thank you.
