With software 4.0 and BES 3.6 on OL2003 and EX2003 I have a user that says his appointments disappear from his calendar on his 7520 after they expire. I have not encountered this before so I am not sure if it is a setting or if this is normal.

Do you think there may be some kind of filter enabled on the phone or maybe Outlook?

when i sync mine it deletes the appointments after they expire

There is a setting in the desktop manager Sync Options that defaults to not sync the old appointments. It will not delete them in Outlook (at least mine didn't), but will take them off the handheld. I changed the setting to sync all of them, and problem solved.

My 7290 deletes calendar entries off the handheld at about 12 the next day or so. Does anyone know how to make them delete from outlook after they expire? OR to sync the deleted entries with the handheld and make the handheld delete outlook?
