Default Default Location of Cursor in Email???

Please Login to Remove!

Hello. The default cursor location in the email program is REALLY bothering the CEO/President of our company, and I'm responsible for the Blackberries.

He says that every morning when he turns on his Blackberry to check his email, the cursor is always located at the very bottom of his really long list of messages. He then has to scroll all the way up to the top again in order to open the new emails.

I have not been able to duplicate the problem, but he says it only happens first thing in the morning.

I do not see a setting for the default location of the cursor in the email application. Does anyone know how we can change this?

Thanks!
Jessi

Jessi, this was discussed recently in another thread I could not find immediately, but the simple workaround is, when in the messages folder, to press "t" to move to the top of the list.
