Unknown BES Administrator Password

Our Blackberry server administrator was fired and we do not have the BES admin password. Is there a way to recover this? We are using version 3.6 for Microsoft Exchange.

Yes, you hold his final paycheck until you get all the information you need from him (at least I hope you did).

I wish. I was brought in to help clean up the mess one week AFTER he was already fired. Not a smart move. It's a small co. and he was the domain admin. I'm not experienced with BES and trying to wade thru the mess.
