I started a new job back in January and my new boss dose not carry a blackberry. Instead of calling me or emailing me he insists on text messaging me. Unfortunately I don’t get them. I have never been into text messaging and I’m not sure if I can even receive them on my BB. Anyone with any advice would be helpful.

As long as your wireless plan allows them, you should get them...
Unless you are on BES and it is restricted or something...

Have you called Nextel to see if you have an SMS package?

I get them on my 7520. The real problem is you can't send them as easily.

You have to email back using your bosses phone's email address.
