Default Ring tone and vibrate feature change

I noticed when you set the phone for vibrate+ring, the phone vibrates twice and then starts ringing. Is there any way to set it to ring at the same time as the vibrate. By the time i here it, it is already on its third ring. Also is there any way to up the volume more than what is available. THanks

A common question; unfortunately (and I have the same complaint) the vibrate+tone is vibrate, then tone. Not at the same time. And I haven't seen any way to change it. And ringtone volume is another issue.
