I support a user who is having trouble syncing the calendar properly. Many, but not all of the appointments are being duplicated when the blackberry syncs, and the duplicates appear in both outlook and Blackberry. Both the software and handheld are set to Mailbox wins. The handheld, Desktop Manager and Enterprise server are all on version 4.0. I have tried both wireless BB Sync and Outlook sync in the PIM Manager, also made sure that outlook was set up properly per article KB-00111. Any ideas?

I have the same problem, 1 guy out of 40. i haveused the advanced tab in backup/restore and clear the handheld calendar, then resync it, but alas, it has come back again. I have no idea what to do! I plan on cutting over to a 4.0, but i see there is also an issue with that. You get any answers ?
