Default Syncing only calender

I just picked up my 8800 and I think I have a pretty complicated issue I'm trying to find a solution for.

Here is my setup:

BES with EMM (personal email only, not using calendar)
BIS with OWA (work email - I don't get access to BES, use both email and calendar for meetings and such)

Although this setup works beautifully for email, I can't find a way to sync my BB calendar and work calendar together. I don't use my BES (personal) calendar at all. I want my work calendar to be synced on my BB so when I'm not at work, I know what meetings I have tomorrow and such. I don't mind if my BES calendar is synced with work stuff since it's easier for me if I can see it at home in Outlook as well.

The only solution I thought of is to sync my calendar at work to Google Calendar, then at home, sync Google Calendar to Outlook, which will then be synced with my BB on BES.

I tried installing Desktop Manager at work and only sync the calendar via USB but it says this device is already syncing wirelessly and fails.

Does anyone have any other ideas?

Not too surprisingly, I have a similar question. I have the 8800 for work (BES, I think). I would like to sync my calendar and contacts with my home Outlook as well via my BB. I don't care if I have to manually sync my home Outlook. The name of the game is to have my work Outlook (which syncs dynamically with my BB), my BB, and my home Outlook (which I'm willing to manually sync) all match and by synced together for purposes of contacts and calendar (only work email stays at work and on the device; home email stays at home).

Is this doable? Is it simple? I'm (obviously) new at this.

Thanks in advance.

I was able to solve this by setting turning off the option to sync wirelessly in the BB calendar, then syncing it with my desktop at work.

Maverickster, I think the only way to do this is to turn off sync wirelessly in the BB calendar, then sync your 2 calendars to your BB calendar manually. You will see both work and personal stuff in your BB. I don't think theres a way to keep multiple calendars.

You can sync multiple calendars with Exchange/Outlook. Just not wirelessly.

Thanks, guys. I guess my question is this, then. Can I sync to my work wirelessly via BES (this is how it's set up at work) and sync to my home manually via the Desktop Manager such that I have a single set of contacts, a single calendar, and a single task list that would be identical in three places -- my work outlook, my blackberry, and my home outlook?

Thanks in advance.
