Please Login to Remove!

I have a problem with a new email. If I look on my blackberry device it shows me that I have a new email, but I do not have a new email on my outlook and I cannot find a new mail message on the device. Anyone have any suggestions of to where the new mail message may be?

Are on on BIS or BES?

Are you looking in the messages folder or in a folder for a specific account?

If you are looking in the Messages Folder and there is nothing there, take the battery out for about 30 seconds and reboot the BB. Should remove the flag.
