Hi

I have BES 4.1.3 on Domino and 4.1.2 on Exchange

I want to disable the Addressbook lookup (ALP) either for single users or for all users. I could not find a policy or other possibility to do this.

Any idea?

Solution for BES Exchange:

1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Agents.
2.Verify that the value of the AllowAddresslookup DWORD value is set to 0 or create ths DWORD
3.On the computer on which the BlackBerry Enterprise Server is installed, in the Services window, restart the BlackBerry Controller service.
