Hi Everybody. I am having a little problem with on of our users. We gave a user a new cingular BB 7290, running 220.127.116.112 his handheld was turning off at night/locking up. The only way to get it to respond was to pull the battery out.(not a setting issue, it was not set to turn off or on at a certain time), so i wiped the handheld, deleted his profile BES 18.104.22.168. We use groupwise :( anyway enterprise activation failed, so the enterprise acticvation icon was still there. But his emails had synced, no address book though. So i used the JL loader and really wiped the handheld, installed 22.214.171.1242, enterprise activated same thing, also on the BES server for his pin it says "0", in the past if one failed the pin would just be blank, but now it is saying 0, what does that mean?
We have tried a different cingular bb 7290, 126.96.36.1992, both brand new out of the box.
Any ideas?, all services on the server are running. Win2k3 R2 Standard
i think its a software issue, not a hardware...also the biggest problem is that pin saying '0'
