Unhappy Keep appointments field in calendar options doesn't appears

Please Login to Remove!

Good morning,

I know by default when I synchronize my blackberry the old appointments are deleted from my Pearl but still appear in my Outlook. What can I do to disable this option, if the Keep Appointments Field doesn't appears on my BlackBerry Calendar Options?

thank you very much for your help

Best regards

The Keep Appointsments options doesn't appear on my8700 either, unless I'm doing it incorrectly. I am also having problems synchronizing the calendar. Some appointsment are entered into the handheld, while others are not. Why is it so unpredictable?

Maybe it's an option on the BES. I dont have any issues with old or new appointments. All appear.

Try contacting your IT department or the person who manages the BES server
If your just using desktop sync, maybe it has something to so with the options in Outlook. Look for something that sets the limit on sync with archive
or possibly the Free/Busy options . Maybe the BB sync is tied to one of these.
