Maybe it's an option on the BES. I dont have any issues with old or new appointments. All appear.
Try contacting your IT department or the person who manages the BES server
If your just using desktop sync, maybe it has something to so with the options in Outlook. Look for something that sets the limit on sync with archive
or possibly the Free/Busy options . Maybe the BB sync is tied to one of these.
