We have clients that identified a problem with using BB for tasks. We are using 8703 model BB and Exchange 2003 w/ BES server. The problem can be easily replicated (we've proved it with several BBs) Create a task in outlook and add text, wait for it to synch with BB. Open the task in BB and add/delete text and save it. Open it again in Outlook and add/delete text and save it. Eventually (usually 2+ BB edits) the task is wiped and is blank or is wiped and displays only "rtf error".

Has anyone seen this error? Is there a fix for this?
