Default OTA downloads question

Please Login to Remove!

I am on Verizon's 10mb data plan, so I have to watch my data usage. I want to download google maps. When I go to the google maps mobile website and click download, it asks me if I want to download and give me the size which is 177188. What are the units on that 177188? Is that bytes, kilobytes, what is it. I certainly don't want to start downloading a 17 mb program. Can someone help me out with this question. Is google maps a big program to download? Also, in general what is the average size of a OTA downloadable program for BB? Thanks.

Nevermind, I answered my own question. Google Maps is 174K. I figured that out by downloading the bes verison and using desktop manager to install it. Saved me a lot of data.
