I have asked this question, but didn't receive an answer in the forum, that I asked so..

I am about to upgrade, and would like to push out the new HH OS. Is that possible, if so, can someone lead me to some instructions on how to construct the package...

push it out wirelessly? Not possible.

You could either use an SUS package to push the desktop manager and hh software to the users' PC, or possibly detailed instructions on how to install the software and upgrade their handheld.

Then use the "generate and email activation password" feature of bes4 to wirelessly activate your users.

if i understand correctly, BES V4 allows you to upgrade the OS of the handheld wirelessly regardless of the device software. As to how to do this ... im not sure ... is this what you are refering to?

The Handheld Config tool located in the BlacKberry Manager offers a way of upgrading the software on the Bb devices centrally. Simply double click the users PIN and you will be prompted with the Application Loader screen.

I believe you can set a bulk process to update a number of handsets rather than individually.

bfrye... you mean SMS package, no? I don't think SUS is capable of any more than windows update right now. It would be nice if they would include office update in that though.
