Please Login to Remove!

client has a problem and I am tasked with helping . . .

Windows 2003 server BES enterprise 3.6 with SP7

They put their Hand helds into the cradle and the time rolls back an hour.

Can anyone point me to the patch that fixes this? Or is there something more to this problem?

thanks

haha. Suprised you haven't heard anything about it.
On the BB goto blackberry.com/dst2007

This site will DL the patch to your handheld and fix the DST problem.

You can check and see if they already have the patch by going to Option/Settings on the handheld and there should be a "DST 2007 Patch" entry in there. Under that it will tell you weather its' applied / downloading / failed and such

regardless, both the OS and the BB need to be patched. on your desktop goto the site I mentioned. blackberry.com/dst2007 and read the impacts of DST on the BB.
