Default Activation Icon Reappeared after timechange patch installed

Please Login to Remove!

Hello All:

I am new to this forum but very excited to find it. I administer eight BB’s at work and am really an amateur administrator.

Recently I upgrade our BES to version 4.5 so that I could “push” out the patch that BB created for the early time change.

Everything went well except for one little thing. I have a user that the activation icon reappeared on his main screen. Everything is functioning fine except for this annoying icon on his main screen.

Does anyone know how this would have reappeared and how to get rid of it?

Thank you

If everything is working fine then just hide it. If it bothers the user, like it would me, just remove all the desktop service books and reactivate on the BES. That's worked for me in the past.
