How can I take a few MS files on my BB (8707)?

Easier than click to open new email, attach document, send?

I don't believe you can view PPT files on the BB with native apps, doc and xls will.

Well it didn't work for me...BES complained about the email...probably the size or something.....is there maybe even a PDF reader around?
