Default Adding a phone number to auto dial before extensions?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,

I am runnning BES 4.1.3 with about 50 users. Most of their address book consists of internal company 4 digit extensions. Is there a way to put the company's main number in for them so when they try to call a company employee it dials it before the extension? Is there a server side or handheld setting to do this?

Thanks

D.

Default

well, I called our BB support and once again they came through. For others that might want a solution for this, here it is:

On the phone there is a setting that needs to be changed just one time:

Phone>options>smart dialing>access office extensions within corp

Number: is company main number
Wait for: (4 or 6 seconds)
Extension length: 4 digits

Save changes.
