I just switched back to tmobile and don't have the ippp tp bibs service book for internet browser. I sent service books from the tmobile website but that only sends the email service books.

Under the browser config I only have the Blackberry (BES) and tzones.

Have you tried connecting to Desktop Manager and making sure that Browser is checked in the Application Loader area????

No i dont use desktop software. When I put my coworkers tmo chip in my berry it is fine.

Do you have a data plan on the account????

I don't use DM either as I am on a Linux box, but can you borrow a WinPC and install that way?

Called tmobile and they didn't have the Internet service active just the enterprise server. Works now.
