Question Email showing as being read

Please Login to Remove!

My financee has a 8700c on BES and any incoming emails she receives work or personal show as being read on her BB even though she has not read them on her BB or actual email account(on pc)? Any troubleshooting ideas you suggest I have her try?

Thanks

She is using lotus notes(BES) and personal gmail and yahoo. From the client side(on pc) for all three show as unread but when pushed to your BB they show up as if they are read.
