Default need some help with nextel upgrade .319

Please Login to Remove!

Ok, I decided to upgrade to nextel's upgrade 7520 software but of course it's not going too smoothly. I keep getting a unable to load software after it does the boot rom check. the first time it happened it locked everything up. ( computer and device) luckily a hard reset on the device brought it back with no data loss. anyone have any thoughts on this??

What OS are you using on the computer? 98 seems to have issues with the upgrade process

My upgrade went SO smoothly. In fact I was impressed at how well the RIM upgrade worked. It did take a while and seeing some strange symbols appear on my BB screen made me a bit nervous but it went perfectly.
