I updated my 7280 to version 4.0 and ever since have had problems with Intellisync. I get an error message"unable to write or update application data".

Does anyone know what I need to do to solve this problem?

Need to go to 4.0 on that first. I had no issues with my old 7280 doing that.

I think what stinsonddog means is to update the desktop to verison 4.0.
You can download it off of the Blackberry web site.
I upgraded my handheld to 4.0 (had a 7280 then) and my older version of Blackberry's desktop manager would not sync at all
