Default Set message view to inbox

I've got a 7750 with version 4.0 software on a BES. Whenever I click on messges it opens sent items folder first instead of the inbox. I don't know how to make it default to the inbox. Any ideas?

Same issue here...very annoying. Figured it had to be a setting, but I can't find it.

Are you talking about in Outlook? If so to tools => options => other => advanced options. By startup folder select browse and select the folder you want it to start up in...

I'm talking about on the Blackberry, but maybe the setting is wrong in Outlook, thus syncing to the Blackberry. I'll have the end-user check that out...thanks for the post.

i guess I am confused with the original post. How do you know it goes to the outbox when you click messages instead of the inbox? From what I can determine, when I click messages i see all the messages (including saved) no matter what box they are in. You have to use filter storkes to reduce what you see. See "In the Message List" in this post Blackberry Tips and Tricks
