Question how to protect the voice conversation against sniffing?

I'm wondering if Blackberry has any mechanism to protect the voice conversation against sniffing. I mean one of my customer is looking for some kind of device that encrypt the voice conversation, because they are concerned about someone is "hearing" his conversation.

Quite frankly if someone's able to listen in on a phone conversation on your BB (which is extremely difficult to begin with) there's not much you can do about it.

True! AND that goes for every device / phone... If he needs encryption, he might need to contact the CIA...

william_jiang... go read the Patriot Act and you'll find you are not very easily going to get around someone sniffing your conversations...

Still, the aluminum foil hat does the trick for some.

Remember GET SMART? you can get the "THE CONE OF SILENCE" he used to talk to the chief though that thing never seemed to get all the bugs worked out!

I found that this device works well for me, and it stops people from reading my thoughts!!

The Cone of Silence - a brilliant idea if there ever was one - never worked.

They went into the Closet of Silence once after the Cone of Silence didn't work. Another idea ahead of the time...
