Does anyone know of contacts can be transferred from a BlackCrap to a BB 7100?


HAve a friend trying to get away from BlackCrap but can't seem to get contacts transferred!

I understand the BlackCrap should sync with MS outlook via MS ActiveSync. Therefore, theoretically, that data should then sync to the 7100.

Of course, the first question is, does your friend have his BlackCrap contacts on the SIM card, and if true, they will come over with the SIM card in the 7100.

There is an import tool in BB Desktop Manager for bringing in data from Palm and Windows devices. (That is if your import from outlook isn't quite right)

AH, yup, that should work too (does the BlackJerk have a mini USB port, I don't know?).
