Today I was a very lucky girl... or I believe so at least....

I had previously been having trouble with my 8703e, but I was too busy to go to the Sprint store to get it looked at....
well this past weekend....my screen busted....I had thrown the phone [whoops]. But I could still see a lot of the screen. So I finally found the time to go to the Sprint store... and they gave me a new phone without even questioning or anything. I didnt think they could do that. I figured i would have to pay at least a deposit for them to fix it or for insurance or what not, because I was the one that broke it. But it was totally free. I was surprised.

Sprint=Wal-Mart? Wow! You are lucky. I've heard that throwing your BlackBerry can be hazardous to the BlackBerry (and anyone in it's tragectory!) I wouldn't bet on that good luck twice!

I'll make an assumption that with a login name like that you live, well, in Tiburon. I routinely find the reps in T-Mobile and Sprint stores in the Bay Area to be really nice and accomodating, a friend of mine with Sprint has had the same experiences as you. Besides a free new device they sync'd all the data over for her as well.

Must be the burritos, we grow nice people out here.
