Options, security, general settings, click WIPE DATA. You may also need to make sure the device is not registered with your Enterprise Server.
To add: I would turn off the wireless functionality, then perform the security wipe, and then also reload the OS/Apps.
If you dont pursue all of these the service books could duplicate and corrupt at some point.
