I have my filters set up on my carrier's BIS, but it seems to be only working for BES and the @carrier.blackberry.net account, but not on my personal email (SSL IMAP) no matter what I try to do.
Corporate IT says they don't support it because it's BIS, not BES... the carrier isn't much more help as they say I'm an end-user, not the account owner so I should contact IT... and the circle continues.
One support person told me that because it's IMAP, the messages don't go through BIS as it just acts as a connector... ?
