Default T-Mobile Kudos Contract CXL

Just couldnt believe my email from Tmobile when I cancelled my contract early. They let me off the hook for the $200 because of the inability to correct some major technical problems with my Pearl.

Completely shocked they took the high road!!

I for one am a great believer in giving companies credit when they do the right thing, especially in an industry reknowned for "customer no sevice". I too had a problem about a year ago with a Nokia phone that did have the capability which was advertised. Nokia only gave me lip service, but T-mo upgraded me to a BB for free. Great service speaks louder than slick advertising everytime!
