Default Is there a way to get emails FROM Blackberry to your desktop?

Please Login to Remove!

Okay, I'm a new blackberry 8703 user. So far I love it! I do have somewhat of an odd question. I am using this for personal reasons only, so I'm not on an Enterprise Server. But I do carry it with me at work.

I have my blackberry through Verizon, and there's one small section of the building (office located in the basement) where I can't get verizon service. Is there a way to either foward the blackberry.net emails to another email account so that I can check the messages on my desktop, or is there a another way to check blackberry.net emails when my blackberry isn't getting a signal?
Thanks!

Yes, just click forward on the email, and email it to yourself or any account...

You can go to your BIS account on Verizon, where you setup that account, and have all mail forwarded automatically.

I don't believe you can check your BIS mail on your Verizon account, could in the past, not now.

On T-mobile the only option is to forward emails to another account. T-mobile/Blackberry does not have access to your mail online via a desktop.

Why use the blackberry account? There are plenty of free accounts you can set up which makes the addresses disposable when the spammers get it. I don't even remember what I made my blackberry address???

Wirelessly posted (8700g: BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

Soap, I agree, I rarely ever use my BB address. But the poster did want to know how to get them to his desktop...

Which by the way I looked at my TMO account and while there is not an auto forward option, the user should be able to set a CC: for all mail sent to his BB address (to forward to his POP account).

I'll third that it's best to use an email account that offers webmail access and to integrate that account with BIS if you anticipate needing access to your email via a PC. It's also best practice to not use the *.blackberry.net address for anything other than forwarding.

I know that doesn't help with the OP's current situation but it will help in the future.

Oh, sorry. I initially tried to use the blackberry address but soon learned it was EXTRA. Now that the spammers started hitting that domain real hard I forget how, but I think I turned mines off.
