Can anyone please tell me how can i backup (or get the address book out of this) a blackberry 7290 handset without using the desktop manager or wireless sync.

I have a blackberry handset that I need to get the .ipd file but I do not have the desktop manager.

Can I do it via bluetooth? If I can just get the addresses out of the address book I would be happy, as I need to export them to outlook express.

Thanks
