Exclamation SOS Signal

Please Login to Remove!

What does the SOS signal mean. I was just look at my blackberry and all of a sudden it re-boot it self and gave me an sos signal. What does this mean. It told me to insert my sim card but it is already in there. I am new to blackberrys so I am hopless.

It means you're not getting a signal from your provider, but you are getting a signal from another provider which can be used for an emergency call. Typically in the US a device will only work on your provider's network.

Double check your SIM and make sure it's locked in. Otherwise you'll have to contact your provider.
