Do you have Outlook? The easiest way is to sync the Palm to Outlook first using PocketMirror (it should be on the M505 CD), then sync your BB to Outlook.

I'm not aware of any "direct" method from device to device.

There is no device-to-device option that I'm aware of, however if you're already syncing your data to Outlook, then just re-sync it into the Blackberry using the including Blackberry Desktop Manager version of Intellisync.

On the other hand, if you've been using the Palm Desktop software, and your information is already there, another utility by Chapura (the same folks who make PocketMirror) will convert all of your Palm Desktop data into Outlook. See http://www.chapura.com/pocketcopy.php

If you're converting over permanently, I find this to be a faster and more reliable method than syncing the Palm data into Outlook via PocketMirror, as it simply directly converts what's already in your Palm Desktop.

Is there a way to do this without using Outlook. I use GroupWise.

Yes; download the latest version of Desktop Manager 4.2 (SP1) from the RIM support web site.

Desktop Manager has the ability to read from a Palm and populate the BlackBerry.
