I am unable to reply or send new messages from BB8800 (BES with Cingular). error message is in the subject line. Been working for over a couple of months without any problems until today.
Any clues?

QuaCKeReD - One of the first things I would do for one of my users with this issue is to resend their service books from the BES... have your admin try that.
