Default Call Forward - All message

Please Login to Remove!

I'm having problems with my blackberry 7250. Yesterday I was using it just fine but today there is a message - Call Forward - All on my screen no matter what I do. I'm not sure how this got turned on but it won't allow me to check my messages, answer my phone, etc.

Could someone give me a suggestion as to what I'm supposed to do to get this off? Thanks!

Jennie

Go to the Phone Icon ,open, press the roll buton, roll down to options, you will see various options. The Call forwarding may be set to forward to a number. the options are easy to change by pushing the roll key and selecting an option. It may be set to the Cingular voice mail.

Thank you for the reply but I can't get to the phone icon and push anything - this call forwarding - all message pretty much has the phone disabled. I can get to the phone icon but when I try to use any functions it won't let me do anything. It has been ringing but I can't even pick up the phone or get to my messages. It is really strange. I thought about shutting it off but I can't even do that.
