One of my colleagues in the US just recently switched from BIS to BES. He is using two POP3 accounts - one from Cingular and one from another service provider on the Blackberry.
We performed an Enterprise Activation OTA which went fine, but whenever he sends emails now the default email is still the Cingular address and not the new address from the BES (let´s call it

I´ve checked the settings under
Options>Advanced Options>Message Services
and on all three devices that we switched show "Desktop" as default account. Two of them Desktop refers (as desired) to the Exchange Server account / BES for the user. One one device as already mentioned is still refering to the Cingulars account.
How can I change it to the Exchange Server account? Will I have to delete the POP3 accounts? I´m a little bit "frightened" that recreating the POP accounts will have an impact on the proper wireless synching (I read some topics that described this problem...)
