urgent! how can I retrieve emails from BB back to Outlook?

By accident, I delete all emails in Inbox of Outlook (Shift - Del), but I still have copies on my BB. How can I copy all of them to Outlook? I guess I won't get attachments back, but I need the text of emails firstly.

I know I can forward emails to myself then I can get a copy in Outlook, but there are hundreds of emails, could I select them all and forward once? I am wondering I have to forward them one by one if there is no other better way. It will kill me~~~

Please help me! my unit is 7250.

no. I am an end user who can't touch Exchange and BES~~ I can call Exchange tech support to recover my Inbox at more than $1500 :((

I don't know why I can't select all emails on BB and forward them once. That's so inconvenient to do it one by one.
