BlackBerry: Send Option Missing
I have another problem today. I have a user who's BlackBerry is receiving emails, but when she tries to create a new email, she goes to select "Send" and that option is missing.
Now, she is using the following:
I read in a previous thread that sending the service book could fix the problem, but I did that from the BES and it still did not fix the issue.
Here is the actual problem:
1. Go to the email feature
2. Create a new email and enter in all information: To:, Subject, and body.
3. Click the wheel in and find "Send". This is where the problem is, this option is missing.
She has the most recent OS and all updates. Can anyone help?
Resend the service books.
ColemontHD, my first advice would be for the user to pull her battery and reboot the device.
Second, does the send option not appear on any email she composes, or just one particular recipient?

lol, some people make mistakes.
What about the other suggestions, or just a chance to get a dig in?
If that fails, backup the device, perform a security wipe, and reload the thing completely.

At this point, I would bother posting the answer.
I heard about someone who got a BB without a send menu icon and they took theirs back for a new one. BB is kinda pointless without that good ol' send menu option.
This thread could use some humor.
