Exclamation Suffering from the outage?

I'm a writer with CanWest News and I'm looking for a few Canadian BlackBerry addicts who've suffered (professionally, personally, emotionally) because of the Berry outage. I'm looking to do a light-hearted consumer-oriented piece on this issue and I need some real people to liven it up.
