Default My first BB (8800), how do I.....

Please Login to Remove!

New to Blackberry, just wondering if theres a fast way to disable my email on my BB when I'm home, and then turn it on when I'm away?

go to options then go to mobile network and turn data services off

you could also set your profile to "phone only". your e-mails will still come through but you will not be notified of them so there wont be any disturbance.

But all the email will show up once you start the service again. It doesn't delete when the service it off, it just lines up to arrive when you restart.

correct. maybe its just a personal preference of mine. i prefer to have them sitting there waiting for me (i use phone only when i go to sleep) instead of turning on the network in the morning and having them all come through at once.
