Anyone still having delays etc this morning?
We are on BES and many of our users are complaining accross the country about slow emails.

gmail user here - it's been sporadic for the last week or so...some come instantly, some come a few minutes late....some come hours late

I'm on BIS here, and seem to be getting the messages normally.
I have noticed in the last 3 or 4 weeks that some GMAIL messages that have large attachments will sometimes come later than other messages (but not always, which is really frustrating).

On BIS and I'm good. Everything seems normal.

Still problems here. On verizon wireless with BES. Everything works but we cannot send messages from handhelds to external recipients. Getting ready to contact RIM.

You do realize that on BES messages from handhelds to external addresses are going from BES to your company mail server (exchange/domino) and to the Internet from your company mail server?

As long as you can send PIN messages from one handheld to another- the issue is most likely not in RIM.

RIM had a blackout sometime last week(thursday-ish) The service is supposed to be fixed by now though...

I have a stand-alone unit on BIS and my weekend service was terrible --no email all day Saturday, April 21 and half of Sunday. Then everything came crashing through. The indicator again said "NXTl" instead of "NXTL" -- whereby the lower-case L indicates no email, I guess.

Whatever happened last Tuesday still seems to be messed up.

No, it is all working fine here, and has all last week and weekend. I've been from Alabama to Atlanta, to Detroit to Manchester NH, to southern Maine, and had BIS service everywhere... Worked just fine all weekend as well.

I'm having one weird issue on T-Mobile. Emails from my AOL account are being re-pushed to my BlackBerry days after I originally received them! For example, at 9 AM this morning, when my :bb: did its auto power on, there were 6 new messages that came through, an unusually high number for me for first thing in the morning. 3 of those messages were re-pushed messages that had originally come into my AOL account on the 18th... 5 days ago! :-o

This has been going on for the better part of a week. Even deleting the messages from my AOL account doesn't stop them from coming down to my :bb: again... in some cases, I've gotten the same message 3-4 times! I know they're the same messages because of the date & time sent stamps on the messages. :-?

Also weird is that the messages being affected are all topic reply notifications from a messageboard I post on. Anyone else having this problem? :-?

No Problem in Birmingham, AL I can't control how fast or slow the other person's response to my emails... maybe that was the problem?
