Just wondering if anyone familiar with the 6230 knows how to view incoming sms messages by contact name instead of number? My outgoing messages show the recipients name, but my inbox lists a phone number instead of a name. I've looked through pretty much any option I can think of but nothing.

Any clues?

Go into the phone application

Click the wheel and select Options / Smart Dialing (I hope it is there - the 6230 is an older model)

Change "Country" code to +44 (an assumption on my part since your carrier is Vodafone). Use the correct country code.

That should do it.
