In which case log into your carrier's BIS web site and Resend the Service Books.

Also check to see if the icon was accidentally hidden. There is a "show all" feature when you click on ALT and click the trackwheel from the main screen.

i veryfy and it show all aplications but the browser didnt show up.

Call your carrier's data support group and they can get you through getting the service books resent.
