I wouldn't trust it too much. Unless, if it was brand new and still in the original packaging.

I bought one on eBay for $10 and it was exactly the same as the one that came with my Blackberry. I've had absolutely no issues with it. Make sure they are the Blackberry brand. I wouldn't trust some knockoff.
