Is there a tool on the market the will give me the ability to manage a blackberry address book remotely. I would like to push and pull names, e-mails, pin numbers and etc down to the blackberry. I don't have any access rights to my BES. I'm using lotus notes domino server.

Your BlackBerry needs to be on a BES (version 4 or higher) in order to sync your address book wirelessly.
There's no other way to do it.

we dont maintain it. I have no admin rights.

I'm still a little confused.
Are you saying that your device is attached to a BES... but that BES is not set up to wirelessly sync your address book... and you're stuck, because you don't have the ability to make that change?

If that's the case... then you're out of luck.
The BES admin would need to set up your BES profile to allow for wireless address book syncing.
Can't you just ask your BES admin to enable the feature for you? I'm not sure why it wouldn't be enabled to begin with, but I guess everyone has different setups.

I'm not quite sure exactly what you're asking. If you have no rights to the server (either BES or the Notes server), you can't do any 'managing' of the address book.

If you're using a BES, you can use the 'Lookup' feature on your Blackberry to find addresses in the Address book and then 'Add' them to your Blackberry Address Book.

to a BES. I can use my lotus notes desktop software 6.5 and sync my address book to my blackberry. I have 150 users to manage. How do i push an update to everyones personnal address book. I can send them an e-mail and tell them to press sync now. The user may or maynot do this.

You're not referring to your own device... you actually want to push an update to all of your users.
There's really no way to do that, and certainly no way to do it which wouldn't involve the BES.

There's no third-party software on the market that would allow you to do what you want to do. Sorry.
