That lock option is not a service of Nextel or any carrier. You need to contact your IT/BES admins if you want the auto lock removed.
Now i am not sure about the 7520, and then again not sure on the BES either, but it is possible to use voice dial on the 8100 and 8800 with bluetooth even if the phone is locked and password protected. Again these are both on a BIS.
