Currently, our environment consists a BES 220.127.116.11 in conjunction with Microsoft Exchange 2003 SP2.
Our users have several different providers - mainly Verizon and Nextel, a couple of TMobile.
When activating a new device, everything syncs properly. However, if at any time after that, Nextel user adds a Contact to their Contacts Folder, it does not synchronize on their Blackberry. The Contact stays present in Outlook so I do not think this is an Exchange issue.
I've tested this with my Verizon and TMobile users and if they add a Contact in Outlook it synchronizes with their Blackberry almost immediately.
So at this time, I've narrowed it down to happening only on Nextel Devices and that it's not an Exchange/Outlook Issue.
