Do you have bwc, if so, you need to change it on the web site. you can add or subtract any thing that you want from your signature

Go to your Blackberry Web Client to change the signature to whatever you want it to read.

I assume, being that you don't know what BWC is, that you are using the desktop redirector. There is an option in there (I don't remember where) to change an auto signature for outgoing mail.

If you are using the Desktop Manager (the CD that came with the 7100) then open it, and go to Redirector Settings. Then you can delete the [Sent by BlackBerry Device] from the Auto Signature section on the General tab.

Patrickkrebs - it is very important to determine HOW you are getting your e-mail forwarded to you. You are most likely using the BlackBerry Enterprise Server (which is not the Desktop Redirector). Was the "Desktop Manager" program loaded on your PC? If so, you can change the auto signature there (Desktop Manager / Redirector Settings).

The first step is to determine how you are getting e-mail sent to your new BlackBerry.

OK. Then if you use Lotus Notes, you are using something called a BES, or the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Do you need to connect to your PC to sync contacts, as an example, or is it wireless. If you connect to the PC to synchronize, open the "Desktop Manager" program and change the Auto signature there. If everything is wireless, then you can change it from the BlackBerry. Since I do not have that option, you will have to hunt/ask around for it.
