Default Some advice please........

Ok first off im sorry if this is a little long but i figured I would explain it all.
I don't have perfect credit so t-mobile said I could get a fav5 package but it has to be a "smart access" package which is basically like all others but has a limit to spend. So i get a 8100 which i love with 400 text message added on my account.
After playing with my BB and falling more in love with it i call t-mobile and ask for the data package.I'm told i cant as im on the "smart access" plan.
so they state I have 2 options:
1.get rid of my BB
2.drop my fav5(+300min) plan for a plain 300min a month plan
--
Ok so i figure ill live without mobile email and just upgrade my text amount as im having fun mailing images and stuff.
I then come across a thread in here about using the tzone addon with oprea mini but knew i couldnt get it on a BB.Some more help from here has me call t-mobile and ask to have it added on for a different phone i have.
The nice lady tells me "SURE!" and I wait my 24 hours to add the adn:wap.voicestream.com.
Almost 2 days and still no tzone access.
I call t-mobile and now im told oops with a BB i cant have text/pic messaging and tzone at the same time.Has to be one or the other.
Im pretty sure i cant use mms without the text package.
So i guess if i have to choose it will be the message package :/

lol good point.......
I guess really im just wondering if anyone else has a message package AND tzone.I find it odd that t-mobile made it where i have to choose and cant have tzone with text messaging unless i get another phone.
Also right now im having fun sending images and text messages.
If the $20 a month data plan has no text messaging why would i even want it other then checking a gmail account?I cant see myself web surfing much on a phone.

Sounds to me like maybe a BB isn't for you! The idea behind a BB is #1 email push services! You stated they approved you smart access did the give you option to pay deposit? There are many devices out there that may suit your needs better. I love my BB and doubt I will ever leave it!

right there is the problem.I love the BB to much.
Maybe i will look into a deposit option if there is one.
But i really need to research more before i pay 39.99 for the plan plus 9.99 for text messaging and 19.99 for a data package.
all so i can get my email on my phone.
I could be wrong but i still feel t-mobile is wrong in saying i can have messaging and tzone at the same time.
what if i had a razr? i cant get those 2 options because of the type of phone on my account?
unlesss they got wise to people using the adn trick?

TMo is wrong, or rather that CSR is wrong. You can have a message package and Tzones at the same time, but you need the BB Data Plan to get internet.

Now, if you are some special case due to the credit thing you mention, there could be an exception. You said you have another phone account, but can't afford this one? Maybe you need to combine to one account.
